If you have a complaint, then please use the following email address: complaints@principleuniforms.co.uk Any item that is not available will be on back order and this will be sent out when back in stock. A date is usually sent to you when to expect the item.

DELIVERY TIMES.

School uniforms is a very bespoke market, we do everything possible to make sure we have plenty of stock but due to the nature of the business,  when the demand is high in the summer this delivery time is considerably effected. That is why it is important for our customers to know that any order in the last 2 weeks before the students go back to school can be late or not reach you in time for when school starts. That is why we strongly encourage all orders to be put in with plenty of time. It is possible to be in out-of-stock situation in the last week. When you order please consider the delivery times below.

  • All orders are despatched within 3-5 working days.
  • All orders placed on 1st of August to 20th August will be delivered within 6-8 working days.
  • All orders placed after 20th of August will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
  • Any orders placed in the last week, it is very likely you may not receive it in time for when your child starts schools. Only order if you are happy with this.
  • Deliveries go back to the normal 3-5 working days from the 10th of September.

EMAIL RESPONSE TIMES.

  • All emails are normally responded to within 48 hours.
  • All emails in July/August/September are responded within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends. We have a procedure in place and due to high demand, your email goes into a queue and is responded to accordingly. This is only during the busy back to school.

Please be assured once you have emailed, it will be seen to and replied to within the time scale mentioned above.
